目的:研究补肾丹对衰老模型大鼠脑海马组织超微结构及Bcl-2、Bax基因表达的影响。方法:将清洁级健康Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为7组:正常对照组、金匮肾气丸组、补肾丹高、中、低剂量组、维生素E组及模型组。除正常对照组外,各组腹腔注射D-gal[250mg/(kg.d)]60天,采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老法[1],造成大鼠拟衰老动物模型。同时,正常对照组和模型对照组给等体积的生理盐水,金匮肾气丸组同时给予金匮肾气丸[0.72g/(kg.d)]灌胃,补肾丹高、中、低剂量组同时分别给予相当于生药2.7g/(kg.d)、1.35g/(kg.d)、0.675g/(kg.d)灌胃。维生素E组每日灌服维生素E0.027g/kg,每日1次,共60天。观察衰老模型大鼠脑海马组织超微结构及Bcl-2、Bax基因的表达。结论:补肾丹具有改善衰老模型大鼠海马组织病理改变的作用,还可提高Bcl-2基因的表达,抑制Bax基因的过度表达,这有可能是其延缓衰老的作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of Bushen Dan on the ultrastructure of hippocampus and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax genes in the hippocampus of senile model rats.
