在我国石油企业的发展过程中对于人才队伍的建设是重要的建设内容之一,随着石油企业的国际化建设进程的推进应当积极提升人才的国际化技能,这是进行海外市场开拓的重要发展战略之一,已经得到了石油企业领导层的高度重视。本文分析了我国石油企业进行技能培训的必要性并从硬件设施的建设方面、师资队伍的建设以及管理机制的建设等方面提出了石油企业进行国际化人才技能培训基地建设的策略分析。
In the course of the development of petroleum enterprises in our country, it is one of the most important contents for the construction of qualified personnel. This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out skills training for petroleum enterprises in our country and puts forward the strategic analysis of petroleum enterprises’ construction of international talent training base from the aspects of hardware facilities construction, construction of teaching staff and construction of management mechanism.
