利用分布在玉米10条染色体上的83对SSR引物,分析30份玉米地方品种和2份玉米骨干自交系的遗传多样性。结果表明,有47对引物在32份玉米品种间表现稳定多态性,共检测到475个等位位点,每条引物检测到3~24个,平均为10.1个。32份材料间的遗传相似系数在0.487~0.752之间,平均为0.626。采用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,以遗传相似系数0.63为阈值,可以将30份地方品种划分为4个大类群,该结果与地理来源和表型分类的结果基本一致。
Using 83 pairs of SSR primers distributed on 10 chromosomes of maize, the genetic diversity of 30 maize landraces and 2 maize skeleton inbred lines was analyzed. The results showed that 47 pairs of primers showed stable polymorphism among 32 maize varieties. A total of 475 alleles were detected, ranging from 3 to 24 for each primer, with an average of 10.1. The genetic similarity coefficients of 32 materials ranged from 0.487 to 0.752 with an average of 0.626. UPGMA method was used to cluster analysis. Based on the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.63, 30 landraces could be divided into 4 groups. The results were consistent with those of geographical origin and phenotypic classification.
