花键滚刀是利用展成法加工花键齿的工具,此刀具的特点是诸刀刃在使用中分布于一条螺旋面上。矩形花键滚刀是根据产品精度要求、花键加工部位和使用机床等因素而设计的,其形状复杂,精度要求高,所以制造工艺复杂。花键滚刀在使用中分粗铣和精铣两种。粗铣系铣削后留精铣或磨削余量;精铣系直接将产品加工到成品尺寸精度要求。精铣(A级)滚刀制造完毕,检验合格后,必须试切试片,待试片检验合格才能确认滚刀为合格。一花键滚刀在铣切试片时,由于其齿形精度误差而出现的问题和滚刀的修磨部位如表1: 二、产品出现(?)陷、原因分析及排除措施花键滚刀用纯(?)需要及时重磨,滚刀重磨后其齿槽的等分度、螺旋角往往会发生变化,从而造成被铣削产品出现缺陷,下面介绍四种产品缺陷在不修磨刀具齿形的情况下应采取的措施:
