“工·在当代——中国第九届工笔画大展”在中国美术馆举行,我特意关注了一下女性艺术家的工笔画。我想工笔画本来就有的装饰美,在女人的纤纤玉手中或许会更多一份柔媚,甚至在如此浮躁的社会文艺风气中,这种柔媚所以感受的现实之美还是那么感性,还是那么柔弱,还是那么自然。虽然新中国成立之后,中国妇女的地位有了明显的提高,但女性特有的感性和自我,还是能够在男人们浮躁的时候给他们一点冷静的思考,或许工笔画的未来并不在那些急于创新的人那里,反而在她们手中。毕竟她们对艺术的感情更细致、更体贴、更自如。因此,我不免有些感慨,很多人看不起女性画家,因为她们会面临更多的生活窘境,生孩子、带孩子、照顾丈夫
