主要介绍了一种针对复杂光电系统测试性设计分析与评价的方法。通过研究系统功能原理特点,根据多信号模型基本思想,建立了测试性分析与评价模型,分析和简化系统相关矩阵后,得出系统故障检测率和隔离率,进而评估系统的诊断能力。
This paper mainly introduces a method for the test design analysis and evaluation of complex optoelectronic systems. By studying the principle of system functional principle, a test analysis and evaluation model is established according to the basic idea of multi-signal model. After analyzing and simplifying the system correlation matrix, the system failure detection rate and isolation rate are obtained, and then the system diagnosis ability is evaluated.
