[目的]预测山楂叶螨对螺螨酯产生抗性的速度。[方法]以杀死种群30%~70%剂量为选择压,在室内对山楂叶螨敏感种群进行抗性汰选。[结果]山楂叶螨幼螨对螺螨酯抗性发展缓慢,选育至第18代获得抗性指数为7.41的抗性种群;山楂叶螨对螺螨酯抗性现实遗传力为0.1281,在致死率为50%~90%选择压力下,预计山楂叶螨对螺螨酯抗性增长10倍,需要10.34~22.99代。[结论]汰选18代后,山楂叶螨幼螨对螺螨酯产生了明显抗性,山楂叶螨对螺螨酯存在一定抗性风险。
[Objective] To predict the rate of spider mite production in hawthorn spider mites. [Method] With the selective pressure of killing 30% ~ 70% of the population, the sensitive population of M. sphaeroides mites was eliminated indoors. [Result] The resistance of spider mite to hawthorn spider mite larvae was slow, and the resistant population with resistance index of 7.41 was obtained till the 18th passage. The actual heritability of hawthorn spider mite to spider mite was 0.1281. Mortality rate of 50% to 90% under the selection pressure, the hawthorn spider mite spider mite resistance is expected to increase by 10 times, you need 10.34 to 22.99 generations. [Conclusion] After 18 generations of selection, the young mite of hawthorn spider mite had obvious resistance to spirodiclofen, and the haw spider mite had the risk of spider mite resistance.
