2009年1月,美国500强企业都福集团(Dover Corporation)在上海正式成立了中国区总部,旨在帮助旗下三十多家子公司进入中国市场、拓展中国业务。作为集团业务战略的一大组成部分,都福中国前瞻性地提出建设共享服务中心作为中国区总部重要组成部分的设想,并确定由财务部门牵头实施。两年后再回望,这个从无到有搭建起的共享服务中心,已经可以提供涵盖财务、税务、法务、人事等多个职能部门的服务,并取得了成效。
In January 2009, Dover Corporation, a U.S. Fortune 500 company, formally established its headquarters in Shanghai to help more than 30 subsidiaries in its China market and expand its business in China. As an integral part of the Group’s business strategy, Duffy China forward-looking forward to put forward the idea of building a shared service center as an important part of its headquarters in China and determined to be led by the finance department. Looking back two years later, this shared service center built from scratch has been able to provide services covering a wide range of functional departments such as finance, taxation, legal affairs and personnel affairs and has achieved results.
