青岛炼化常减压装置是21世纪以来我国首套千万吨级大型装置,其常压塔顶部塔盘结盐现象的发生与处理过程,极具典型性和代表性。该装置于2008年5月开工投产,加工原油以沙中、沙重、伊重、科威特等为主,少量掺炼索鲁士等超重原油,控制混合原油硫含量为2.55%、酸值在0.18mgKOH/g左右。2009年8月,装置出现塔盘结盐现象。具体表现为:石脑油与常一线分离精度下降,馏程重叠度增加;塔顶部出现雾沫夹带现象;塔压差明显增大;常一线温度不易提升,常一线流量波动较大。一般而言,塔盘结盐影响因素主要有:电脱盐罐的脱盐效果;原油的含氯量、含盐量和氨氮含量;常顶三注的缓蚀剂成分、注水水质;常压塔顶温度,如常顶循抽出温度及返塔温度等。该常减压装置塔盘结盐主要因为常压塔顶注入了催化含硫污水。对此,采用在线水洗工艺处理塔盘结盐,取得较好效果。
