新型胶接绝缘接头采用无损胶接加固钢轨的方式避免了钢轨发生螺孔裂纹、轨腰裂纹等病害的发生,实现线路“无缝”连接;并且在无损胶接绝缘夹板基础上利用结构的变形产生反力的原理设计了配套锁紧夹具,为胶接绝缘接头提供夹紧力;为了规范胶接及安装工艺设计了夹紧工装及加载工装。利用ABAQUS/CAE有限元软件对结构进行优化并进行强度校核。
