新一代高功率固体激光装置前端系统大都采用先进的全光纤全固化技术路线,为了实现单模光纤系统长期稳定输出,需要对系统中的偏振态有针对性地进行控制。提出了一种主动偏振控制实现单模光纤系统低重复频率窄脉冲偏振稳定的方法。利用该技术开发的脉冲稳偏器在低重复频率(1 Hz~1 kHz)、窄脉冲宽度(1~10 ns)的情况下,系统输出稳定性小于0.1 dB,插入损耗小于3 dB。所开发的脉冲稳偏器成功应用于第二代高功率固体激光装置前端系统中。该技术可广泛应用于窄脉冲、低重频系统中偏振态的主动控制。
A new generation of high-power solid-state laser front-end systems are mostly all-fiber all-curing technology line, in order to achieve long-term stable single-mode optical fiber output, the need to control the polarization state of the system. A method of active polarization control for narrow pulse polarization stabilization of single-mode fiber system with low repetition rate is proposed. The pulse stabilizer developed by this technique has less than 0.1 dB output stability and less than 3 dB insertion loss with low repetition frequency (1 Hz ~ 1 kHz) and narrow pulse width (1 ~ 10 ns). The developed pulse stabilizer is successfully used in the second generation of high-power solid-state laser front-end system. The technology can be widely used in the narrow pulse, low frequency system, the active state of polarization control.
