串联马达承载力分析

双马达-减速器驱动方式在钻孔机械上被广泛采用,通过两马达的串、并联关系调整速度与转矩。在科技人员的设计经验中,通常认为在串联及并联工况下两马达承载力都是相同的。通过仿真分析及试验验证两种方式得出并互相验证了串联工况下两马达承载情况差别较大,绝大部分负载由一个马达承担的结论,对设计人员进行类似液压系统的设计有参考作用。 Double motor - reducer drive is widely used in drilling machinery, through the two motors in series, parallel adjustment of speed and torque. In the design experience of science and technology personnel, it is generally considered that both motors have the same bearing capacity in series and parallel operation. Through the simulation analysis and experimental verification of two ways to draw and verify each other under the condition of series load two motor bearing large differences, most of the load by a motor to the conclusion of the designer for similar hydraulic system design reference .
