一、共有产权住房的概念及内涵广义上的共有产权住房可以由两个以上单位、个人共有,包括按份共有产权住房和共同共有产权住房。按份共有人对共有的房地产按照其份额享有所有权,并可以转让其享有的产权份额,其他共有人在同等条件下享有优先购买的权利。共同共有人对共有的房地产共同享有所有权,处分共同共有
I. Concept and Connotation of Shared Property Housing In a broad sense, common property housing can be shared by more than two units and individuals, including shared property ownership houses and common ownership houses. The joint owners shall enjoy the ownership of the shared real estate according to their share and may transfer their share of the ownership of the property, while the other co-owners shall enjoy the preferential purchase right under the same conditions. Common owners have common ownership of the common real estate, commonality of disposal
