关于晶体形态与生长条件的关系,本文将探讨下列问題;1)树枝状、骸状及多面体状晶体之间的差别是怎样形成的?2)为什么多面体晶体会表现出多种外形(晶习变化),这些变化与生长条件有何关系?3)各种内部形态,如生长环带和生长扇是怎样产生的?4)包括晶面生长螺旋纹的表面微形貌与生长条件有何关系?根据晶面粗糙度、晶体生长机制、晶体生长驱动力(固液相化学势差)及生长单位的大小等概念,对上述问題进行了分析,由此对晶体形态与生长条件之间的关系作出统一的解释。
Regarding the relationship between crystal morphology and growth conditions, the following topics will be explored in this paper: 1) How are the differences between dendritic, bony, and polyhedral crystals formed? 2) Why polyhedral crystals exhibit a variety of shapes ), What is the relationship between these changes and the growth conditions? 3) How are the internal morphology, such as the growth zone and the growth fan? 4) What is the relationship between the growth of the surface micro-morphology including the helical growth of the crystal plane? The above problems were analyzed according to the concepts of grain surface roughness, crystal growth mechanism, crystal growth driving force (solid-liquid phase chemical potential difference), and growth unit size, thereby making a relation between crystal morphology and growth conditions Uniform explanation.
