内齿轮传动作为齿轮传动的一种形式,其传动比较大,承载能力较高,支持负荷变速传速,在各种机械设备中应用十分广泛。内齿轮加工质量,直接影响着内齿轮传动平稳性及准确性,应用磨削、剃齿等加工工艺提高内齿轮加工质量较为困难,当前,内齿轮加工质量的实现多采取插削加工法。研究内齿轮加工过程刀具切削进给稳定条件,可以有效提高内齿轮加工精度及表面质量,提高齿轮传动稳定性及平稳性。通过对直齿圆柱内齿轮加工特点的分析,对直齿圆柱内齿轮加工受力状态及稳定进给条件进行研究。
