一、概述剃齿加工为齿轮的精加工,是在大量生产时制未淬火齿轮的最後方法,剃刀本身就是淬过火的齿轮、齿条、或蜗杆。由於剃齿刀齿表面有刃口的槽子,在工作时,剃刀与被加工齿轮啮合,滚转时啮合着的齿面间发生相对滑动,因而能剃下如发丝一样的切屑(厚度仅为0.005~0.01公厘)。在剃齿刀中以齿轮形剃齿刀用得最普遍,因其制造简单,材料节省,并且可剃削内齿轮及重叠轮,现本文中亦只限於介绍关於齿轮形剃齿刀的设计。

Since the surface of the shaving cutter has a cutting edge groove, during operation, the razor is engaged with the gear to be machined and relatively sliding between the engaging tooth surfaces during rolling, thereby shaving the hair-like chips (the thickness is only 0.005 to 0.01 mm). Gear shaving cutters are most commonly used in shaving knives because of their simplicity of manufacture, material savings, and the ability to shave both internal and overlapping wheels. This article is also limited to the design of gear shaving cutters.
