通过在民勤青土湖沙丘梭梭,大滩乡上泉村葡萄、红枣,西渠枸杞,民左公路通道绿化刺槐等树种上进行“生泰”透气防渗砂节水造林试验,结果表明:应用“生泰”透气防渗砂在干旱沙区造林可提高造林成活率,促进苗木生长,同时能够起到防渗、防蒸发和节水保墒的效果。因此,应用“生泰”透气防渗砂在生态极端脆弱的干旱沙区造林,可以解决干旱沙区造林成活率底下的技术难题。
