使用化学共沉淀法合成了纳米Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO(2GYYZO)粉末,并最终制备了超细晶团聚的多元稀土氧化物掺杂的GYYZO热喷涂粉末,系统的研究了材料及涂层的基本性能,重点研究了材料及涂层的高温稳定性,材料和涂层的高温相稳定性相对传统纳米8YSZ材料明显提高,对高温热处理过程中涂层孔隙收缩、晶粒长大及显微硬度变化规律进行了分析,随热处理时间的延长其变化趋势基本一致。
The nano-Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO (2GYYZO) powders were synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method. Finally, ultrafine-grained polycrystalline rare-earth oxide-doped GYYZO thermal spray powders were prepared. The effects of materials and coatings The basic properties of the material and the coating were studied. The high temperature stability of the material and the coating were compared with that of the conventional 8YSZ nanowire material. The shrinkage, grain growth and microhardness of the coating during high temperature heat treatment were significantly improved. The change rule is analyzed, the change trend is basically the same with the extension of heat treatment time.
