我院1985年以来收治32例AMI病人,小结如下。临床资料男29、女3例,34～80岁。有高血压史10例!心肌梗塞史1例。发病至入院时间半小时至4天。梗塞部位前壁16例,下壁11例,下壁+前间壁2例,下壁+右室1例,下壁+前间壁+下壁2例。合并阵发性室上速和偶发室早1例,偶发室早2例,左前半支传导阻滞2例,频发室早3例,完全性房室分离和室性心动过速1例,窦缓3例,偶发房早1例。休克3例、心衰3例。抢救措施除一般处理外,包括迅速止痛,用吗啡10毫克溶于9ml生理盐水中,每次静注2ml,可重复使用;给氧;补液;静滴硝酸甘油,8～10ug/mir,疗程2周;极化液每天1次,疗程2周(也可使用改良极化液,即500ml10％GS+胰岛素8～12u+10％KCl10～15ml+25％MgSO_410ml,每日1次,滴注7～14天一疗程);能量合剂2周。服心痛定口服10mg/次;每天3～4次,消心痛10mg/次,病程1个月;阿斯匹林0.3g/次,潘生丁25mg/次,均每天3次,服1个月,维持量1年。另配合中药丹参或复方丹参注射液或川芎嗪,并且静滴1-6二磷酸果糖2周。积极治疗心律失常、心衰和休
