本文提出了一种新型多功能空调热水器装置,开发了一种双节流储液器。在切换运行模式时,可以自动调节系统内制冷剂循环量,使系统稳定高效的运行。并采用了以COP最大为目标来确定制冷剂最佳充注量的实验方法,对其在冬天单独制热和制热水模式进行了实验研究,分析发现充注量和节流阀开度主要通过改变制冷剂流量和传热温差而影响系统性能。实验表明,在冬季室外温度为(12±1)℃时,系统制热、制热水模式下的最佳充注量为6.6 kg,COP平均在3.1左右,节能效果明显。
This paper presents a new type of multi-function air conditioner water heater device, developed a double throttle reservoir. When switching the operation mode, it can automatically adjust the circulating amount of refrigerant in the system to make the system run stably and efficiently. And the experimental method of determining the optimal charging amount of refrigerant with the maximum of COP was adopted. An experimental study was conducted on the separate heating and heating water modes in winter, and the results showed that the filling amount and throttle opening degree were mainly By changing the refrigerant flow and heat transfer temperature difference and affect system performance. Experiments show that when the outdoor temperature is (12 ± 1) ℃ in winter, the optimum charging capacity is 6.6 kg for system heating and heating water mode, and the average COP is about 3.1, which shows that the energy saving effect is obvious.
