从秦岭山区不同海拔、不同植被类型土壤中分离出750株放线菌,对其进行皿内琼脂平板、放线菌发酵液及拮抗菌单胞菌的拮抗性筛选。结果表明,S 5210 6号菌株对稻瘟病菌(Pyriculariagrisea)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearum)、小麦根腐病菌(Bipolarissorokiniana)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilumturcicumleonard)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporumf.sp.cucumerium)、番茄枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporumf.sp.lycopersici)、番茄早疫病菌(Altermariasolani)、小麦白粉病菌(Erysiphegraminis)8种供试病原真菌具有强烈的拮抗和溶菌作用,根据其形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征及细胞壁化学成分分析,确定其归属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。
750 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from soils of different altitudes and in different vegetation types in Qinling Mountains. Antagonistic screening of agar plates, actinomyces broth and antagonistic bacteria were carried out. The results showed that the strain S 5210 No. 6 against Pyriculariagrisea, Fusariumgraminearum, Bipolarissorokiniana, Exserohilumturcicum leonard, Fusarium oxysporum f.cucumerium, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici, Altermariasolani and Erysiphegraminis were tested for their antagonism and bacteriolytic activity. According to their morphological characteristics, culture characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, Characteristics and cell wall chemical composition analysis, to determine their belonging to Streptomyces (Streptomyces).
