深基坑桩锚支护中锚杆的布置形式对支护效果有较大的影响。本文以某深基坑支护方案为背景,结合不同工况,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D模拟分析锚索预应力、锚固段长度、锚索竖向间距、锚索入射角与基坑最大侧向位移和锚索最大轴力的曲线关系,得出锚索布置对支护效果的影响规律。结果表明:通过施加适量预应力可较好地改善基坑侧向变形;在满足锚固锁定能力的前提下,可适当减少锚固长度以减小锚索轴力值;竖向间距并非越小越好,应以改善支护桩受力为前提;锚索入射角较小时对锚固支护有利,但应考虑场地条件。通过对支护方案的补充分析,以期为今后类似深基坑支护方案优化设计提供借鉴,从而达到减少建设成本的目的。
The arrangement of anchor rod in deep foundation pit pile and anchor support has great influence on the support effect. In this paper, based on a deep foundation pit support scheme, combined with different conditions, using finite difference software FLAC3D simulation analysis of prestressed anchor, anchorage length, vertical spacing of anchor cables, anchor cable incident angle and the maximum lateral displacement And the relationship between the maximum axial force of the cable and the relationship between the effect of the anchor cable arrangement and the support effect. The results show that the lateral deformation of the foundation pit can be well improved by applying appropriate prestressing force. The anchoring length can be reduced to reduce the axial force of the anchorage under the premise of satisfying the anchoring ability. The vertical spacing is not as small as possible , It should be based on the premise of improving the supporting force of supporting pile. When the incident angle of anchor cable is small, it is good for anchoring and supporting, but the site conditions should be considered. Through the supplementary analysis of the support scheme, with a view to provide reference for the future similar deep foundation pit support program optimization design, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing construction costs.
