对铁路车轮用微细珠光体钢中的超声波衰减值进行了测量。结果表明,对频率范围2~10MHz的超声波的衰减起重要作用的几种因素是:晶粒及其分布、晶粒边界、晶粒的函数关系和铁素体成份的含量。
Ultrasonic attenuation values in fine pearlite steel for railway wheels were measured. The results show that several factors that play an important role in the attenuation of ultrasonic waves in the frequency range of 2 ~ 10 MHz are the grain and its distribution, the grain boundary, the function relationship of the grain and the content of the ferrite.
