HLA-G是一种非经典的HLA-I类抗原。在人类黑色素瘤、乳腺癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌、膀脱癌、肾癌和肺癌中可表达HLA-G。HLA-G可以通过抑制NK细胞、CTL细胞等效应细胞的作用,改变机体细胞因子分泌的模式来抑制机体的肿瘤免疫反应,使肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸而得以生存发展。
HLA-G is a non-classical HLA-I antigen. HLA-G is expressed in human melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer and lung cancer. HLA-G can inhibit the tumor immune response by inhibiting the action of NK cells, CTL cells and other effector cells, changing the pattern of cytokine secretion, and allowing tumor cells to survive and develop by immune escape.
