为了满足产品快速变形设计的需求,结合现有的设计方法,提出基于Solid Works部件参数化设计方法,并阐述了其设计过程及技术方法,并以曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构为实例,运用部件参数化设计方法,结合二次开发技术,对主要环节进行了研究,包括参数化部件模板的建立、参数的分类和方程式的添加。在Solid Works平台下建立了齿轮传动机构的参数化模板,将设计信息集成到部件模型中,使其能够根据设计需要进行变化与更新。通过这种方法实现了功能结构的快速设计,达到了缩短设计周期、提高工作效率的目的。
In order to meet the demand of rapid deformation design of products, combined with the existing design methods, a parametric design method based on Solid Works is proposed, and its design process and technical methods are expounded. Taking the gear transmission mechanism of crank press as an example, Design methods, combined with secondary development techniques, the main part of the study, including the establishment of parametric components templates, parameter classification and addition of equations. Under the SolidWorks platform, a parametric template of the gear transmission mechanism is established, and the design information is integrated into the component model so that it can be changed and updated according to design requirements. Through this method, the rapid design of the functional structure is achieved, achieving the purpose of shortening the design cycle and improving the work efficiency.
