刺玫果具有促进小鼠DNA、RNA及蛋白质的合成作用、对Wistar大白鼠Co~60辐射,具有明显的保护作用。现将刺玫果中提取分离的纯品Tiliroside(Kaempferol3-O-β-D-(6″-P-Coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside)对培养条件下的人胚肺成纤维细胞(2BS-C)DNA损伤修复作用,进行了初步研究。材料与方法 2BS-C细胞、紫外线灭菌灯、羟基脲、PPO、POPOP、Tiliroside、UVR-254紫外线强度计、~3H-TdR、液闪仪等。
