再生障碍性贫血(AA)是难治性贫血的一种,我院将收治的病儿随机分为两组,治疗组用中西医结合治疗,对照组单纯用西药治疗,结果如下:1 临床资料全部病儿为1986～1995年住院的 AA 患儿,共48例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)和单纯西药治疗组(对照组)。治疗组22例,其中男13例,女9例;年龄2～13岁。平均8.5岁。对照组26例,其中男16例,女10例;年龄10个月～12岁,平均7.5岁。按中医辨证分型标准辨证治疗组:肾阴虚型18例,肾阳虚型4例;对照组分别为20和6例。血象:治疗组 Hb10～83g/LWBC(0.5～3.6)×10~9/LRBC(0.4～3.6)×10~1 2/L;对照组 Hb12-87g/L WBC(0.6～3.5)×10~9/L RBC(0.7～3.9)×10~1 2/L,骨随象:治疗组增生重度减低11例,减低6
