[目的]了解高校留级生的学业倦怠与应对方式的状况及其相互关系,为高校心理健康教育及其心理辅导实践提供依据。[方法]随机选取陕西2所高校83名留级生,采用大学生学习倦怠量表和应付方式问卷对选取对象进行调查。[结果]高校留级生的学业倦怠水平较高,处于学业倦怠状态的被试69人,占85%,男性留级生相比女性学业倦怠状态更为明显(P﹤0.05);高校留级生的应对方式以消极应对方式为主且男女差异显著;高校留级生的学业倦怠与其应对方式相关。[结论]高校留级生的学业倦怠状态较为严重且与应对方式相关;应提培养高校留级生积极的应对方式,以缓解其学业倦怠。
[Objective] To understand the status and relationship of the college students’ academic burnout and coping styles and provide the basis for the mental health education and their psychological counseling in universities. [Method] Eighty-three repeat students in two colleges and universities in Shaanxi were selected randomly. The questionnaires of college students’ learning burnout and coping styles were used to investigate the selected subjects. [Results] There was a high level of academic burnout among college freshmen, 69 of whom were in burnout, accounting for 85%, while those of male graduates were more obvious than those of female (P <0.05). The methods are mainly negative coping styles and the differences between men and women are significant. The academic burnout of college transformators is related to their coping styles. [Conclusion] The academic burnout is more serious and correlates with the coping style of college graduates. The coping style should be raised to ease the academic burnout.
