西方历史学家自1960年代开始在马克思主义和年鉴学派的影响下开始关注底层大众的历史,“文化转向”又使史学家越来越重视文化现象背后的权力运作关系,两相结合产生了大批重要的有关大众文化的历史著作。本文主要从近年来在史学界产生一定影响的海外历史学家的著作来探讨大众文化与国家政权之间的关系,提请关注普罗大众的权力及其对国家政权这一宏大主旨的影响。
