简单描述了灰色关联理论的分析原理和分析步骤,并对指标气体进行定性分析。结合定性分析的结果,计算出煤炭氧化自燃过程中每个反应阶段内指标气体与煤体温度之间相互对应的关联度值。同时把该关联值当做选择煤炭自燃程度预测指标的量化依据,挑选出可靠度最高的预测指标。并对得到的最优指标和温度之间的关系用Origin软件进行多项式和指数函数拟合优化,使用拟合相关性系数最高的指数函数建立了煤自燃氧化早期预测模型。
The analysis principle and analysis steps of gray relational theory are briefly described, and the qualitative analysis of index gas is carried out. Combined with the results of qualitative analysis, the correlation values between the index gas and the coal body temperature in each reaction stage of coal spontaneous combustion were calculated. At the same time, the correlation value is taken as the quantitative basis for predicting the degree of spontaneous combustion of coal, and the forecast index with the highest reliability is selected. The relationship between the optimal index and temperature was obtained by means of Origin software fitting and exponential function fitting. Using the exponential function with the highest fitting correlation coefficient, an early predictive model of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation was established.
