丹参为常用中药,其药理作用已有许多报道.本文首次报道从丹参提取的7种成分:丹酚酸A,丹酚酸B,原儿茶醛,丹参素,咖啡酸及迷迭香宁酸对生物膜过氧化损伤的保护作用.上述化合物的结构式均经多种光谱确证,系纯品,溶于水. 结果表明,上述7种化合物10μg能显著抑制铁离子/半胱氯酸和维生素C/NADPH所引起的肝脏微粒体脂质过氧化,丙二醛生成量明显减少,对H_2O_2引起的大鼠红细胞溶血和脂质过氧化亦有显著抑制效用.其中以丹酚酸A的活性最强,抑制率达90%以上.其次为丹酚酸B>原儿茶醛>原儿茶酸>丹参素>咖啡酸>迷迭宁
