[目的]研究咸水灌溉条件下小麦的耐盐性鉴定指标。[方法]于2009~2010年度和2010~2011年度主要分别采用1(对照)、2、4、6、8 g/L 5个矿化度咸水灌溉,对测定指标进行标准化处理后,对冬小麦生长指标和籽粒产量之间的响应关系进行灌溉研究。[结果]不同矿化度灌溉条件下,拔节期后的相对株高、相对叶面积指数、相对干物质质量、相对单位面积穗数各个处理的差异性显著,与产量的相关性显著,所以都可以作为小麦的耐盐性鉴定指标。[结论]拔节期后的相对株高的数据易于调查测量,盐害指示效果好,建议优先使用其作为冬小麦耐盐性鉴定指标。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the salt tolerance identification index of wheat under salt water irrigation condition. [Method] Five irrigation water with salinity of 1 (control), 2, 4, 6, 8 g / L and 5 salinity respectively were used for irrigation from 2009 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2011. After standardization of the measured indicators, Irrigation studies were conducted on the response relationship between the growth index and grain yield. [Result] Under different irrigation degrees of salinity, there were significant differences in relative plant height, relative leaf area index, relative dry matter mass and relative panicle area per panicle under irrigation with different salinity, and significant correlation with yield Can be used as wheat salt tolerance identification. [Conclusion] The data of relative plant height after jointing stage were easy to be surveyed and surveyed, and the indicator of salt damage was good. It was suggested that it should be used as the index to evaluate the salt tolerance of winter wheat.
