吃素者有些人常年吃素,或有些人由于患了动脉硬化或其它疾病而不得不多吃蔬菜,而锌在一些蔬菜中含量极微,就容易导致缺锌。人体内缺锌会引起食欲减退、发育缓慢、患皮肤病、伤口不易愈合和味觉衰退。尤其是孕妇缺锌,会给下一代带来先天性疾病。因此,上述这些人都应该吃一些含锌较多的食物,如畜肉、家禽、海产、豆类及乳制品等。
