一、概述石臼港外海深水波要素是利用二十五年历史天气图推算而得,然后经过折射及浅水计算得到码头前沿12米水深处的五十年一遇的设计波要素,即H_1%=7.1米,T=14.2秒,但在10米等深线以内,水下地形异常复杂,水下沙坝、瞧石较多,复杂的等深线已无法进行较准确的折射计算,所以护岸处的设计波要素在当时只能考虑浅水的影响进行估算而得。为了验证该取值的可靠性,自1981年4月至1982年3月于石臼港海区拟建码头、护岸附近共设了五个测波点进行波浪观测,即1号点水深17.5米,采
