观察分析了湖南洞庭湖区南荻变种“突节荻”的染色体核型.结果如下:2n=38=22m+8Sm(4SAT)+2St+6T,x=19;1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,11,12,13号染色体为m;5,8,14,18号染色体为Sm;15号染色体为St;16,17,19号染色体为T;5号和8号两对染色体为随体染色体.染色体绝对长度平均4.63μm,相对长度平均5.36%.最大与最小臂比值分别为8.43和1.00,平均2.66.最长与最短染色体的比值为3.00,臂指数在50%~89.39%之间,平均64.67%,其核型属于Stebbin的2B类型
The chromosome karyotype of “DiDi” in NanDi of Dongting Lake in Hunan Province was observed and analyzed. The results are as follows: 2n = 38 = 22m + 8Sm (4SAT) + 2St + 6T, x = 19; chromosomes 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,11,12,13 are m; The chromosome is Sm; the chromosome 15 is St; the chromosomes 16, 17 and 19 are T; and the two pairs of chromosomes 5 and 8 are satellite chromosomes. The average chromosome length of 4.63μm, the relative length of an average of 5.36%. The maximum and minimum arm ratios were 8.43 and 1.00, respectively, with an average of 2.66.
