本文定义了一种用以描述系统正常与否的定量指标——异常度,并提出了异常系统运行的两个阶段——决策阶段和控制阶段,即决定系统的异常度和以适当的途径尽力恢复系统的正常状态。本文同时提出了促使系统向正常转化的六类不同的控制和它们的目标。
This paper defines a quantitative index to describe whether the system is normal or not, and proposes two phases of the abnormal system operation: the decision phase and the control phase, which determine the degree of anomaly of the system and try its best Restore the normal state of the system.
