针对超厚煤层煤巷掘进层位控制存在的问题,从地质背景分析入手,通过分析煤层沉积基底起伏变化及煤层厚度变化,在厘清掘进区段内煤层基底起伏及煤层厚度变化规律的基础上,提出了“三图双预测”煤巷掘进超前层位控制技术。掘进中基于精准掘进要求,通过标识层验证以及层位修正,双腰线激光导向控制,实现巷道优质高效掘进。
Based on the analysis of geological background and the variation of basement undulation of coal seam and the thickness of coal seam, based on the study of the variation of basement undulation and thickness of coal seam in tunneling section, Proposed “three plans double predictions ” advanced coal seam gateway control technology. Driving based on precision heading requirements, through the identification layer and layer correction, double waist line laser-guided control to achieve high quality and efficient roadway tunneling.
