在传统三通支管翻边制造工艺的基础上,研究了核电站用超级管道管嘴的热挤压成形工艺。对超级管道管嘴的成形预制孔开孔尺寸、顶头(凸模)相关结构尺寸进行不同挤压工艺方案设计,并进行大量的管嘴热挤压成形工艺试验,获得了管嘴成形最佳关键工艺参数。试验结果表明:管嘴的预制孔直径可以按照体积不变的原则进行计算;顶头与凹模之间的间隙是决定管嘴壁厚的关键因素,管嘴壁厚约为间隙的92%~96%。通过理论计算可以估算管嘴成形高度,计算偏差一般在±10%以内。
On the basis of the manufacturing process of the traditional three-way branch pipe burring, the hot extrusion forming process of the super-pipe nozzle for nuclear power station was studied.
