本文介绍了卡尔曼滤波法在DMS200型紫外/可见分光光度计-IBM PC/AT联机系统中同时进行多组分定量分析的研究。实现了测量数据的自动采集、转换和卡尔曼滤波处理。对紫外吸收峰严重重叠的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸氢钾(PHP)和水杨酸甲酯(MSA)三组份进行了同时定量分析,结果令人满意。
This article describes the Kalman filter method in the DMS200 UV / visible spectrophotometer-IBM PC / AT on-line simultaneous multi-component quantitative analysis. Realize the automatic acquisition of measurement data, conversion and Kalman filter processing. The results of simultaneous quantitative analysis of three components of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), potassium hydrogen phthalate (PHP) and methyl salicylate (MSA) with serious overlap of UV absorption peaks were satisfactory.
