以聚醚为原料，通过自交联和互交联合成出一种专用稠油破乳剂。通过试验，确定了聚醚交联反应的最佳条件，并通过复配得到了适合于不同原料的系列产品。在胜利油田滨南采油厂进行稠油破乳室内评价结果表明，破乳效果要好于现场使用的破乳剂，接近于进口破乳剂的效果。
To polyether as raw materials, through self-crosslinking and cross-linked to form a special heavy oil demulsifier. Through experiments, the optimal conditions for the polyether cross-linking reaction were determined, and the series of products suitable for different raw materials were obtained by compounding. The indoor evaluation of the demulsification of heavy oil in Shengnan Oilfield Binnan Oil Production Plant shows that the demulsification effect is better than the demulsifier used in the field and close to the effect of imported demulsifier.
