目的　探讨小瞳孔下采用非切开式瞳孔扩张术行白内障超声乳化术的方法。方法　用粘弹剂和非切开式瞳孔扩张术来扩张小瞳孔。结果　 35 3例 (418只眼 )小瞳孔均成功扩张 ,也成功进行了中心性连续环形撕囊手术和超声乳化术。结论　使用粘弹剂和非切开式瞳孔扩张术对于处理小瞳孔病例是有效而经济的技术 ,并且可以用于大部分和同类型的小瞳孔的白内障病例 Objective To investigate the method of phacoemulsification with non-open pupil dilation under small pupil. Methods Viscoelastics and non-open dilation were used to expand the small pupil. Results All 353 (418 eyes) small pupils were successfully expanded. Central continuous circumferential capsulorhexis and phacoemulsification were also successfully performed. Conclusions The use of viscoelastics and non-dissecting dilation is an effective and economical technique for the treatment of small pupil cases and can be used in cataract cases in most and the same type of small pupil
