In order to explore the impact of noise on the cardiovascular system of workers, noise is widely observed in various industrial sectors. We observed the ECG and blood pressure of 130 noise workers and 46 non-occupational workers in a textile mill. The results are summarized as follows: 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Observing objects Select 130 workers in the yarn and cloth workshop as the observation group, including 32 males and 98 females, aged 21 to 38 years, mean 28.6 years old. The 46 logisticians who chose not to have productive noise were selected as the control group, including 11 males and 35 females, aged from 23 to 46 years, an average of 30.2 years old. There was no significant difference in age composition and sex ratio between the observation group and the control group by statistical analysis. 1.2 Methods The production site uses the ND-6 precision sound level meter to determine the A sound level, with a total of 21 measuring points, the sound level range of 80 ~ 104 dB (A), an average of 89.3 dB (A).
