采用薄层扫描法测定了川木通的 4种植物茎水解液中齐墩果酸的含量 ,结果为 :小木通为 0 .0 6 4 9% ,粗齿铁线莲为 0 .0 389% ,钝萼铁线莲 0 .10 6 3% ,绣球藤 0 .0 6 82 %。

采用薄层扫描法测定了川木通的 4种植物茎水解液中齐墩果酸的含量 ,结果为 :小木通为 0 .0 6 4 9% ,粗齿铁线莲为 0 .0 389% ,钝萼铁线莲 0 .10 6 3% ,绣球藤 0 .0 6 82 %。首次从粗齿铁线莲、钝萼铁线莲的水解液中检出了齐墩果酸。
The content of oleanolic acid in the hydrolysates of the four plant stems of Chuanmutong was determined by thin-layer scanning. The results showed that the Xiaomutong was 0.046%, and the crude tooth clematis was 0.388%. , Clematis obliquus 0. 10 6 3%, Hydrangea vine 0. 0 6 82%. For the first time, oleanolic acid was detected from the hydrolysate of crude clematis and oblate clematis.
