目的:观察虫草胶囊联合依那普利对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白排泄水平的影响。方法:68例2型早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组34例(依那普利)和治疗组34例(依那普利联合虫草胶囊)。疗程均为12周。观察UAER,24 h尿蛋白定量,尿α1-MG、尿β2-MG水平的变化。结果:对照组治疗后UAER、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿α1-MG、尿β2-MG分别为(167.4±19.2)mg.d-1,(89.1±15.0)mg,(19.1±8.1)mg.L-1,(331.5±36.5)μg.L-1,均较治疗前降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组分别为(115.2±16.3)mg.d-1,(58.9±18.6)mg,(15.2±7.9)mg.L-1,(272.3±33.8)μg.L-1,也较治疗前降低,较对照组降低更明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后HbA1c较治疗前略有下降,但差异无显著性。结论:虫草胶囊联合依那普利能明显降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白水平,使肾脏损伤程度减低,较单用依那普利作用明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of Cordyceps capsules combined with enalapril on urinary protein excretion in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with type 2 early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group of 34 cases (enalapril) and treatment group of 34 cases (enalapril combined with Chinese herbal capsules). The course of treatment is 12 weeks. UAER, 24 h urinary protein, urine α1-MG, urinary β2-MG levels were observed. Results: Urine protein, urinary α1-MG and urinary β2-MG in UAER group after treatment for 24 h were (167.4 ± 19.2) mg.d-1, (89.1 ± 15.0) mg and (19.1 ± 8.1) mg, respectively. (331.5 ± 36.5) μg.L-1 were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and those in the treatment group were (115.2 ± 16.3) mg.d-1 and (58.9 ± 18.6) ), (15.2 ± 7.9) mg.L-1 and (272.3 ± 33.8) μg.L-1, respectively, compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). HbA1c slightly decreased after treatment in both groups, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: Cordyceps capsules combined with enalapril can significantly reduce urinary protein levels in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, reducing the degree of renal damage, compared with enalapril alone.
