本文给出双干涉仪结构的光纤传感器相干复用技术的原理、特点 ,并列举实例提出多种解调方案和改进方案。由于其自身的特点 ,基于双干涉仪结构必将是高性能相干检测光纤传感器复用的发展方向之一。
In this paper, the principle and characteristics of the coherent multiplexing technology of optical fiber sensor with double interferometer structure are given. Several examples of demodulation and improvement schemes are put forward. Due to its own characteristics, based on the dual interferometer structure is bound to be one of the development directions of high performance coherent detection fiber sensor multiplexing.
