利用顶空进样——气质联用的方法,对绍兴某酒厂不同自然陈酿年份的黄酒基酒进乙醛含量的分析,发现陈酿2年的乙醛含量是2.8ppm,最少;之后增加,到7年达到8.2ppm,为最高,之后有所下降.
Based on the analysis of the acetaldehyde content of rice wine based on different natural aging years in a winery in Shaoxing by headspace injection-GC / MS, the content of acetaldehyde in aged 2 years was found to be 2.8ppm, and then increased. It reached the highest at 8.2 ppm in seven years and then declined.
