楔形体插入块状物体的统计机理不同于插入细粒物料的机理。本文根据模型和实物试验结果,提出了楔形体插入块状散体的统计机理。论文还以离散介质为出发点,用统计方法,获得了插入阻力的统计分布规律和分布参数的规律,建议用具有可信度的插入阻力计算公式取代传统的均值计算公式。还提供了实验结果和通用的国外公式结果的比较,说明了我们实验结果较符合实际。
The statistical mechanism for inserting wedges into massive objects is different from the mechanism for inserting fine-grained material. In this paper, according to the results of the model and the physical test, the statistical mechanism of wedge insertion into bulk is proposed. The dissertation also takes discrete media as the starting point, and obtains the law of statistical distribution and distribution parameter of insertion resistance by statistical methods. It is suggested to replace the traditional mean value calculation formula with the credible insertion resistance calculation formula. It also provides a comparison between the experimental results and the common foreign formula results, which shows that our experimental results are more realistic.
