Complaining Witch Is Always Bored浴
　　烦巫婆总是很烦
　　You know what kind of person Complaining Witch is simply by hearing her name. She scowls (皱眉) a lot and mumbles (嘀咕) to herself, “Oh, yuck! I’m so bored! I’m so bored!”
　　你只要一听烦巫婆这个名字，就知道她是什么样的人了。她总是皱着眉头嘀咕：“哦，讨厌！我烦死了！我烦死了！”
　　“Cooking every day, boring!Cleaning the house, boring!Going out for a walk, No!So boring...” Complaining Witch says that in fact nothing in this world is not boring!”
　　“每天做饭，很烦；扫地，很烦；出门，不！太烦了……”烦巫婆说其实世界上没有一件事情是不烦的！
　　She has to put on more clothes when icy cold winter comes. It is boring. And she has to take off clothes when the hot summer comes. It is also boring.
　　当寒冷的冬天来临时，她要加衣服，很烦。当炎热的夏天来临时，又要脱衣服，也很烦！
　　When spring arrives, flowers are in full blossom everywhere! Should Complaining Wi-tch be happy by looking at them? “No!” retorted (反驳) Complaining Witch, “It is still boring!” “You see they are blooming now, but they will wither (凋谢) one day. And then they will lose their scents (香味) and beauty. Oh!It is boring just thinking about this!Er, how boring it is! ”
　　当春天来临的时候，到处都开满了鲜花，烦巫婆看到它们该高兴了吧？“不！还是很烦。”烦巫婆反驳道。“你看现在它们开花了，但总有一天花还是要谢的啊，那个时候它们就失去了香味和美丽。哦！想想就觉得没意思啊，心里真是烦！”
　　When the sun finally comes out after long, cold, rainy days, should Complaining Witch be excited about it? No!Not a chance!“The sun doesn’t come out every day; what if it rains again!Oh!How terrible the rainy days are!” She cries.
　　当太阳在长时间寒冷的雨季之后重新升起的时候，烦巫婆该高兴了吧？不，不可能！“太阳又不会天天出来，要是哪天又下起雨来怎么办？哦！下雨的日子多烦哪！”她喊道。
　　From morning till dusk (黄昏), Complaining Witch is always sitting in her yard and wondering why there is not a single visitor showing up. “Life really is boring!” She says while scowling.
　　烦巫婆一天到晚坐在院子里，她很想知道怎么一个人都不来她这里玩。“生活真是烦躁！”她皱着眉头说。
　　No!Look!Here comes a visitor!It is Fragrant Witch!What a nice surprise!She should be happy about it this time. But again, No!For it is too much troublesome (麻烦的) to serve her with tea and make her feel at home!It is so boring. So Fragrant Witch does not chat long with her and she also feels bored, and then she leaves, for she gets infected (感染) with Complaining Witch’s boredom as well.
　　不过，瞧，有一个人来了！是香巫婆！多大的一个惊喜呀！烦巫婆这下该高兴了吧。但是不！因为她要又要端茶倒水，还要让香巫婆有宾至如归的感觉！多烦呀！香巫婆没聊多久也烦起来了，然后她就走了，因为她染上了烦巫婆的烦病。
　　Actually each witch who comes to visit her will get infected with her boredom, so no one would like to come around to see her. And even when the birds and the mice pass by, they will feel very bored and go away at once.
　　事实上，每个巫婆到这里来，都会染上她的烦病，所以，大家都不愿意来了。就连小鸟、小老鼠经过这儿，也烦得不得了，快快逃走了。 　　And the trees and grass in Complaining Witch’s yard are also bored, and they wither slowly. Complaining Witch feels more upset when seeing this.
　　烦巫婆的院子里，树啊，草啊，也都得了烦病，慢慢地就枯了。烦巫婆看见这个样子，心里就更烦了！
　　Then one day she can no longer bear this!With her boring crutch (拐杖) in her hand, she goes out angrily. When suddenly, the house that always makes her bored collapsed (倒塌).
　　这天，烦巫婆实在烦得坐不住，就拄着她烦死人的拐杖，气冲冲地走出去了。这时候，她那一直很烦的院子就在身后塌掉了。
　　And in the yard, with Complaining Witch’s departure (离开), the seeds, long been suppressed (压制) by her, begin to shoot sprouts (发芽), and they grow so quickly that soon the yard becomes a green garden. Complaining Witch is surprised when looking back and she drops her crutch to the ground.
　　随着烦巫婆的离开，院子里好多被烦巫婆的烦气压得发不出芽的种子，一下子都长出来了，它们长绿长大，变成一个花园。烦巫婆回头一看，真是吓了一大跳，一松手，拐杖也掉在地上。
　　The crutch can’t stand her for a long time, but it can do nothing because it is always being gripped (握着) in her hand all day long. It turns itself quickly into a huge tree, so that Complaining Witch won’t bother it any more.
　　拐杖早就受不了烦巫婆了，可是一天到晚被她拄着，一点办法都没有，这下它赶快变成了一棵树，再也不让烦巫婆来拄它。
　　Complaining Witch is wondering what she would do next!
　　烦巫婆在烦她接下来该怎么办了！
