据外电报道,日前美国科学家首次利用模仿大脑自然重生的过程,成功在实验室育出完整成熟的脑细胞。这项成果有助于寻找新的治疗方法,医治如帕金森病、癫痫和老人痴呆症等大脑疾病。同时还可以制造出无限数量的脑细胞,为修补受损细胞药物的发展带来重大突破。在实验中,科学家进行了延时摄影,发现未成熟干细胞逐渐演变成完整细胞的过程,这对大脑健康运作十分重要。科学家认为,利用干细胞生长技术,完全可以医治脑神经性疾病。另外,此技术还可以研制出新的药物,刺激受损神经再度生长。(051260)
