重庆医科大学附一院在创建“以病人为中心、优质服务百佳医院”活动中,认真贯彻百佳医院的标准,严格控制进药渠道,规范管理行为,严把药品质量关,坚决杜绝假、劣和过期药品。重医附一院领导高度重视药品质理管理,严格审定进药渠道和进药程序。医院对病人作出承诺:如果医院给患者用了假药,医院将以1:10的比例赔偿给病人。该院对药房的药品每月全面检查1次,病房小药柜每季度检查1次;对于没有期限规定的药品,除紧缺药品外,只要超过5年,一律清除。迄今为止,医院未收到过1例关于假、劣和过期药品方面的投诉。
